Details: I am just about to buy a new car, so I thought I would post this now (slightly early). We have a black Saturn VUE with a gray interior. It´s been a great car- no issues at all. I believe we are the 2nd owners, we bought it off a couple on Craigslist 5 years ago with 50k miles on it. Details: This 2008 Saturn has only 46,181 miles on it. The advertised fuel efficiency is 24/32 and I get an avg of 27/28 driving in Raleigh. We are the first owners. The exterior is champagne, and interior is black leather. Front seats are heated, as are the side mirrors. The stereo is a 6 disk CD player with 7 speakers and great controls from the steering wheel. It is OnStar equipped. The Astra has many nice additional features including tire pressure monitoring, oil change monitoring, automatic rain sensors in wipers, trip computer, external temperature display, and illuminated vanity mirrors. The inside of the car is nicely lit due to the huge sunroof which spans both front and back seats. The huge sunroof can either lift up or open all the way as a sunroof. It has an electric cover which slides open and shut as you need more or less shade. The trunk has a privacy cover which opens and closes with the back hatch, and can be removed for additional storage, the back seats fold down individually (with the push of one button) to make the entire rear of the car open for storage. The Astra has distinctly European exterior styling, the only differences between the Astra built by GM´s German subsidiary for sale in Europe and this Saturn edition are its badges and minor exterior trim changes.
