It is very good on gas and it is also fun to drive, it is a 5 speed stick shift with a strong feeling clutch. the clutch and transmission were replaced a few years ago. The car is lowered on kyb struts and springs, it has an aftermarket header and i think it has a magnaflow muffler i dont really remember the brand but it sounds nice. It comes with a set of 17´ rims with good tires and a set of stock wheels with hubcaps and decent tires. the cer runs and drives good, i have only had one issue with the car and it was the fuel pump so it has a new fuel pump and has been working fine ever since. Details: I´m not really looking to sell this car. I´d rather trade it for a new project. I got a 1998 SW2 which I use much more, and this one just sits. Figure I could offer it as a trade for a new project. Don´t offer me cash, I am not overly interested in cash. Sorry.Now with that out of the way, down to details.First off, this car is a 1995 so it is exempt from emissions testing in Wisconsin and Illinois both.This is a 1995 Saturn SL2, 1.9L DOHC, 5-Speed Manual Transmission, 184,XXX miles on it. I purchased it three years ago from the second owner, it had 114K on it when I got it. All the miles on it have been collected on cross country trips. I just got back from a 2500 mile road trip with it last week. I replaced all the speakers with those from a 2005 Saturn Ion, and I also installed a 1999 Factory CD deck, sounds great. I hate non-stock radios. I also upgraded the interior with all the seats from a 2002 Saturn SL2, they look good and they are vastly more comfortable than the original.Oil has been changed religiously, and it has been maintained in the same manor. I expect the car to be able to take me anywhere at the drop of a hat, so I want it in top condition. The A/C is ice cold and the heat is blasting hot. The car has Power Windows, Power Locks, and Cruse Control.Recent work includes:New Clutch 5K miles agoNew Radiator & Fresh CoolantNew Transmission FluidNew Clutch Slave & MasterNew Tires on the front 5K ago (Back tires are a little older, but still almost new as well)New Brake Pads & Disks on the frontNew Rear Struts 5K agoNew Fuel Pump 10K agoNew Belt & Tensioner 2K agoFully recharged the A/C, ice coldNew O2 sensorNew Exhaust.Fresh alignmentNew Tie Rod Ends 5K agoNew Lower Control Arms 5K ago.That´s just some of the work that has been done to it. There is more little stuff I have not mentioned.Now for the ´bad´:Headliner is starting to sag.Power window regulators are hard to find for these models anymore, so I replaced it with a manual crank from a less loaded Saturn. It looks like it belongs there, but the drives window is manual.Burns a small amount of oil. I used about 1 and a half quarts on my 2500 mile road trip. You just need to check it once every other fill.Has scruffs on the front and rear bumper, the paint is a little faded on the back as well.Thats pretty much it. I´m sure I over described the car and only a couple of you will have read this far before emailing me with ´u take 500?´, to which I won´t even reply to you. SORRY! I have way more than that invested in work, so NOPE! I ONLY WANT TO TRADE!!!!I´m looking for any 4-door Saturn, Sedan or Wagon. 1991 to 1994 are the most ideal for what I want to restore. 1996+ SL1´s interest me as well, really any 4 door Saturn is interesting to me.
