Details: I bought this car for my Girlfriend and then she got a brand new one soon after so here we are ready to find a new satisfied owner. It is a really pretty grape color, not purple. It is a ´99 Saturn SL 4 door Automatic 2.4 liter with gray interior. Everything works and all the windows work, tires and brakes in perfect condition.I put a new radiator in it, new battery, transmission flush & filter, complete Tune-up with spark plugs & wires (will definitely pass emissions). It also got a new A/C compressor, fully purged & freon recharged, it is now ready to drive 1,000´s of trouble-free miles. The oil has been recently changed, it is clear full of everything, it starts instantly at 10-19 degrees. Saturns have Timing Chains, not belts, so you do not have to worry about that nightmare maintenance problem. This one was upgraded with the new upgraded tensioning system designed to last the life of the car. If you just keep oil in this vehicle, it will easily go to 300,000 miles with no major breakdowns! This is an excellent first car or student car, there are zero mechanical or functional or driving problems. No shakes, shudders, pulls, or squeals :-)There is only minor cosmetic stuff, as with all cars of this age - minor water damage on Headliner because the sun roof leaked (now permanently fixed) cracked lower windshield (not in driving view) costs $135 to fix. However tires & brakes are excellent, its a super good deal for someone who needs cheap reliable transportation.The only problems saturns have is usually they start burning oil around 150K miles. This one has 200K miles and it has used some oil until we discovered this marvelous substance called Motor Honey. We put in 2 bottles of Motor Honey, drove it 1500 miles and it is still completely full of oil.This car just does not break down, it went on a 3,000 mile road trip just prior to me taking it through all the repairs, then we put about another 1500 miles on it just to be sure it was ready to sell. It does not leak anywhere. This car drives super strong with the 2.4L motor, has great acceleration to get on the freeway, yet gets around 30 MPG on highway, and everything works, this is a very good deal for the money. The radiator and A/C repairs were worth $800 alone, tires and brakes are excellent, so you won´t be spending more money right away. Because I bought this car for the lady, I went over it with a fine-toothed comb and I´ve been turning wrenches since I was 10, I don´t miss much :-) Other than cosmetic blemishes, I believe this car will easily go 50,000 miles without a single repair or breakdown. I have too many cars, or I would keep it for myself!Please note I am firm on the price, and I will not take payments or trades of any kind.
