Details: This is a 2000 Saturn SC2. It has a dual overhead cam engine and an automatic transmission. The rebuilt engine has less than 100 miles on it. For the rebuild, the engine received new pistons, rings, rod and main bearings, all new timing chain and gears, complete valve job, and anything else necessary for the build. It runs perfectly and the transmission shifts perfectly. It just passed smog with no issues. This is a great first car or to use as a commuter because of it´s fuel sipping abilities. It has leather interiror, sunroof, and a cd player. AC blows nice and cold. New brakes and rotors on the front. The tires have plenty of tread left for thousands of miles of use. $3500 OBO. Details: I have a 1999 Saturn Sl2 for sale for 3200 firm, no negotiating unless its a trade. I will trade for a miata or mustang gt with a manual, no automatics and it must be 1991 or newer. My car is bone stock except for a replaced sound system with pioneer speakers and deck. The car is in excellent mechanical condition and so is the interior. The body is clean and the paint is in good condition. I have been religious about maintenance and only used synthetic engine oil changing it every 5000. It has alloy wheels, ac, four speed automatic, power locks, and power windows. It gets 30-35 mpg on the highway, and 20-25 mpg in the city. I just averaged 30 on the way to Ventura. It just passed smog and I have the pink on hand. All the miles on it for the last twenty thousand are all trips to the coast. I never really used it in town except when it was raining because I commute by bike. The previous owner said he put mostly highway miles on it too. It has 151,000 miles on it.
